Made from quality Baltic Birch, these hollow wooden blocks are much lighter than solid blocks yet extremely stable.
Available in two finishes:
- finished
- natural
The finished block is coated with two thin layers of water-based satin finish (no oils or lacquers). It allows for a firm grip during postures. The natural block is finely sanded birch.
Available in two sizes:
- regular (5 x 9 x 3 1/4 inches)
- half-size (5 x 9 x 1 5/8 inches)
